SOUTHERN PROGRAM ALLIANCE - MELBOURNE LEVEL CROSSING REMOVAL PROJECT
Date: Current
Location: VariousPrince Engineering has secured the contract to supply Permanent and Temporary Props for the Melbourne–Frankston level crossing upgrades.
Covering four sites—Edithvale, Chelsea, Bonbeach, and Glenhuntly—the 179 Props, weighing 1,195 tonnes, will provide crucial support for tunnel walls along the lowered rail track.

ACCIONA NORDEX MORTLAKE
Date: 2020
Location: Mortlake South
Number of Towers: 18Prince Engineering provided services to manufacture 18 x 4 section wind towers for the 35 turbine, Mortlake South windfarm in Victoria.
The height of each tower is 105 metres at a weight of 275 tonnes, including all internal components and has the capacity to produce 4.5MW.
This windfarm will produce 157.5MW - enough energy to power 117,000 homes.

GOLDWIN STOCKYARD HILL
Date: 2019-2020
Location: Stockyard Hill
Number of Towers: 140
Prince Engineering provided services to manufacture 140 x middle sections. Stockyard Hill windfarm near Beaufort in Victoria.The length of these sections were 22 metres at a weight of between 54 and 74 tonnes, including all internal components and has the capacity to produce to 3.5MW.
This windfarm will produce 530MW - enough energy to power 425,000 homes.

SIEMENS GAMESA BULGANA
Date: 2019
Location: Bulgana Vic
Number of Towers: 22Prince Engineering provided services to manufacture 22 x 5 section wind towers for the 56 turbine, Bulgana green power hub near Stawell in Victoria.
The height of each tower is 114 metres at a weight of 325 tonnes, including all internal components and has the capacity to produce 3.4MW.
This windfarm will produce 194MW - enough energy to power 150,000 homes.

TELSTRA - MASTS
Date: 2018
Location: CarnarvonPrince Engineering was engaged by Telstra in early 2017 to provide detailed mast design and construction drawings.
Fabrication began in late 2017, with all steelwork delivered to site by late 2018. The project involved five 60m steel masts with a 1,250mm face width, supplied to multiple sites in Carnarvon, WA.
Prince Engineering dedicated 6,300 direct workshop hours to fabrication, surface treatment, and delivery.

SIMMONDS (GMHBA) STADIUM - LIGHT TOWERS
Date: 2013
Location: GeelongManufactured four light towers for Simmonds Stadium in Geelong, Victoria.
The height of each tower is 73 metres at a weight of 158 tonnes, which includes lights and platforms.
Each tower is made up of 105 lights.
This project is made with 100% Australian steel plate.
